Hotel a Briceville

“I was able to park right outside my door. It was always quiet at night, the room was very clean. They came in the morning to offer new towels and clean the room. Great place to stay.”

“A very clean hotel. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Very convenient location for our one night stay. I will definitely stay there again.”

“Pool was dirty. Bathroom eas too smsll. Overalk the property was in disrepair. Staff was confused. Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. ”

“The bed was comfortable. The room was middle of the range. It could have been cleaner. There was a stain on the chair and the tub had some dust in the corner, We were not impressed by the breakfast . It was the same each day. Stayed 3 nights. The food was cold by the time I got it the table. The eggs were tasteless and the gravy was gritty, My husband said the Orange Juice tasted medicinal. Not the worst place we have ever been but not the best either. Seems like most hotels today are trying to...

“We found bedbugs in our room and then went back to inform the front desk and the person behind the desk tried to make excuses. He gave us another room but, the door would not shut without slamming it or using excessive force which makes me question safety. Terrible. I will not be coming here again.”

“Checked in and the room was nice and clean until I went into the restroom and it was flooded...it was the water line connected to the toilet and instead of them fixing it they just turned the water valve off that supplied the water to the toilet. Other than that the stay was good. Do better on your maintenance!”

“Very nice stay. Comfortable environment. Safe. Front desk clerk in afternoon is AMAZING! I believe she is the manager? Lady who works the breakfast area is also wonderful. Breakfast had assortment of items. We stayed 2 nights and each AM hot items were different. Rooms comfortable and clean. Quiet. Good night of sleep. Will be back!”

“Comfortable room, and clean.It was very quiet. It isn’t too close to the highway so we didn’t hear any traffic. The beds were very comfortable. I will visit this motel again should the opportunity arise.”

“It was a clean room. The carpet was musty but clean and the room was clean. This was a great place to stop for the night. There was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise we had everything we needed. We would stay again”

“I cancelled this reservation though Expedia and was charged anyway”

“I didn’t stay. After seeing 2 of the rooms and noticing how terrible they smelled and how dirty they were I never checked in. The hotel showed a 7.4 on the Expedia site but that hotel should not have even been a zero. I will dispute the “no show” charge if it appears on my credit card bill.”

“Okay for a quick overnight stop. Room smelt musty and smoky. Tv didn’t work well, very slow to load and change. Had a ground floor room so had to keep the blind closed due to privacy. Felt like being in a closet. Room was clean.”

“The staff was really really great. The rooms were very clean. There were restaurants within walking distance. My only disappointment was no breakfast, which is usually included. But that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.”
