“Clean Room”

“Every thing was wonderful! Jennifer R. Was awesome at check in so sweet and helpful! I was traveling with my 87 year old mom and Jennifer showed me where the coffee was for my mom and was so accommodating!! It was a great experience!!”

“Was the bad experience I had and we stayed two hours we left in the middle of the night lotta bugs and the smell of the room lotta mold shame we spend that money there. I believe we have to. They have to give us our money back.”

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...

“Best hotel we have been to in a while. Clean, we'll taken care of. Basic furnishings but modern. Id be happy if all of my hotels were the same.”

“The desk clerk changed rooms at the last minute to try to be helpful, however the "new" room had not been cleaned fully and the shower lever would not mix hot and cold water, so no shower possible. Coffee maker was not cleaned, and the room smelled a bit like smoke, though it was a non smoking facility. I asked desk clerk for a discount due to all of this, haven't heard back o n it.”

“The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. “It showed a Continental breakfast each morning. The woman at the desk stated that they don’t do that anymore! Ithink I should get a rebate for having to buy my own breakfast when I thought I’d paid for one.”

“When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...

“Property was clean and the room was clean… Staff was friendly and accommodating…”

“My stay here was comfortable enough and extremely affordable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had everything you could want. I only have 2 hold ups on a 5 star rating. The first is pretty big, the room I got smelled very musty, like it was holding moisture, and the a/c unit had the beginnings of mold starting on the front of it. The second is a bit of a nitpick really. The weight machine in the fitness center is in serious need of tlc, with most of the exercises being impossible...
