Hotel a Rocky Top

“Just a motel. Area doesn’t have much to do but room was comfy and clean. Fridge did t work but everything else was good”

“With double queen bed, had maybe 12 inches between wall and edge of bed. Difficult getting in and out bed.”

There was a stain on the chair and the tub had some dust in the corner, We were not impressed by the breakfast . It was the same each day. Stayed 3 nights. The food was cold by the time I got it the table. The eggs were tasteless and the gravy was gritty, My husband said the Orange Juice tasted medicinal. “Clean”

“The hotel is new, clean, and the front desk staff were super polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the noise. The walls seem very thin, and you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and hallways, even small sounds. It was very difficult to sleep because of the constant noise throughout the night, especially around 4 a.m. This happened during all three nights of our stay”

“The staff was really really great. The rooms were very clean. There were restaurants within walking distance. My only disappointment was no breakfast, which is usually included. But that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.”

“We were disappointed with a few things. We got there at 7:33 pm and no front desk check in person was present. Front desk was closed so you have to call them on the phone. Expedia info said 9 pm. The lady that had to come check us in appeared to be a bit put out for having to do it. Front desk wasn't open until 9 am so trying to get info or extras was a bit of a task. No coffee maker or dishes in the room was also unpleasant. Maybe we missed it in the descriptions but I have never been to...

“Pool was dirty. Bathroom eas too smsll. Overalk the property was in disrepair. Staff was confused. Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. ”
