“It was clean”

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“Location was good for our purposes and very close to major roadways. Room was clean, except for some mold in the bathroom. Building seemed well-maintained. Breakfast was decent and a little different each day. I was not aware that the mall next door is struggling, so if you are looking at the property for its location, I’d read up on that situation before booking.”

“When we checked in to our rooms, our daughter reported “brown water” coming out of the faucet in the bathroom. It then wouldn’t drain. We called the front desk and they immediately gave her a different room. Everyone working at the property was exceptionally nice. Aside from the water issue, our stay was great. ”

“Clean, comfy and quiet (even though it was next to busy streets where big dump/trash trucks travel). Has a good size mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. The only negative is the bathroom lighting—there needs to be light over mirror and a makeup mirror for women!”

“Thank you Natalie and the staff! We had a grand 3 days. Clean rooms, delicious and simple breakfast, and although located on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and the whole family slept great!”

“Riscaldamento non funzionante in modo appropriato. Era preimpostato un limite alla temperatura massima della camera, decisamente troppo bassa per l'inverno. Risultato camera fredda per tutta la notte e soggiorno decisamente poco confortevole.”

“The property advertised a pool and there was no pool, the bathroom had discolored dirty coloring , the side of the bathtub was cracked , the ac didn’t work well until this morning, the fridge was warm , there was hair and dirty on the window sil, there was hair on a wash cloth my son was using to wash his face , we asked for additional blankets and there were none. We arranged for late checkout but decided to leave as fast as possible. We came bc we didn’t have running water while work was...

“Room was clean and spacious. But the two tvs did not have enough channels. The receptionist at the night was not very helpful and nice. From the room were missing stuff like freezer and microwave. Also some information about the stay and parking were confusing and unexplained at the time.”

“Room mini fridge didnt work was leaking had to go to front desk and request a new one be placed in room after I was offered a new room which was dirty .. a lot of stains on chair looked like piss.. ice machine was broke on a hot 90 degree day …. Hallway had holes in ceiling like construction holes … lobby attendant knocked on my door and covered the peep hole .. which had me and my 2 daughters terrified when asked why he did that he stated for his safety.. ok yet I’m a women with 2 daughters...
