“The rugs smelled and the bathtub was not clean. I ran out of tissue after 1 use”

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“Hotel was nice, the elevator was slow and creaky, made me feel safer to not need to use it anymore. Staff was very nice and helpful, excellent service. It's just a shame the hotel itself feels like it needs a fair bit of maintenance to really deliver on the promise it's staff so capably delivers”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed at the particular motel. It’s a wonderful place and close to the facilities I needed to go to. Had to checkout before breakfast but was told I could get a grab bag. That didn’t happen. The lady in the kitchen was rather rude and kept telling me I couldn’t go back there I needed front desk to do it. Ummm front desk told me to go back there. Anyway we left without it. Otherwise place was excellent”

“An amazing stay! Upon entry we were greeted by the kind staff member at the front. We did check in early and there was a small expected fee. We immediately went down to the pool after unpacking and there were provided towels for use. They were replenished immediately. Beds and room were very comfortable, spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best ! Close to shopping centers, walking distance. Parking was plenty ! Will definitely be returning to this hotel if we’re back...

“The property was very poorly maintained and did not appear to be clean. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. I found a used razor in the shower that had clearly been left by a previous guest. The bed did not appear to be clean either. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.”

“Nice location but my bathroom could have been clearner. The bathroom had dark mold stains around the tub.”

“You can hear the other room bathroom toilets showered also the room is full of cockroach We cannot take our luggage back home. We have to go straight to the laundry and clean it due to cockroaches.”

“The Bar needs some life to it!!! Also the elevators needs to be upgraded with security, for example your card to your room should be use to get to the floor of your room. Anybody could to ride the elevator up a floor. Not safe!!!!!”

“Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed.”
