“Good stop off midway between Brisbane and Canberra for a break with excellent parking for cars with trailers or vans. Easy walk to the RSL for dinner and a leg stretch”

“My stay at Anchorage Port Stephens was great. I had a family size Villa facing the harbor for my two sons and myself. King size bed with a twin size bed and a sofa. Very spacious and clean accommodations. View of the harbor were amazing. Staff were always polite and helpful. Breakfast included with our stay was delicious. The hotel is also close to a nearby shopping center and a few minutes drive to local beaches and many attractions. I definitely recommend.”

“Very welcoming friendly staff member on arrival, check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean tidy and quiet. We were right beside the airport and didn’t hear a thing. It was very peaceful and quiet. We had a problem with not being able to work the TV, we contacted reception. The staff member came up immediately and fixed it for us a straightaway. “E' una struttura bella e confortevole, nuova e attrezzata per attività all'area aperta. Davvero bella la piscina. L'area in cui è collocata non offre molto, ma è vicinissima al centro commerciale e a pochi minuti di auto da Nelson Bay.”

“Paper thin walls meant there was lots of noise all through the night. Amenities are very old & in need of repair. Toilet ran for 5 minutes every time it was flushed and sink taps left a black residue all over the sink everytime they were used.”

“Stayed in the treehouse which was well presented, clean and in a setting was perfect for unwinding and switching off while still being close enough to everything the area has to offer. Would highly recommend and plan on coming back soon!”
