“Large comfortable room with full kitchen and separate bedroom in a quiet location. Only a few minutes walk to the heart of Nelson Bay, shops, restaurants and the marina area.”

“The unit was in a beautiful location with most amenities, the only criticism I have is that the dining chairs are in a poor condition, I understand this is a pet friendly cabin but it doesn't look good with the bottom fabric hanging off the chairs. Oven mitts would be handy too.”

“Staff we dealt with (Amanda and Darcy) were both very friendly and extremely helpful; Bed in both rooms were terrible ... they both had a big hump in the middle, my partner has a bad back, bed was very uncomfortable and certainly did not help his back; We had to place a chair behind the door in both rooms as the door knobs were so loose we did not feel safe; The shower doors were almost falling off; We stayed one night (6/8/26) and had pre-booked a further 2 nights (9/8/26 and 10/8/26) ... “We had a wonderful stay and were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The customer service was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and everything is very new. We truly enjoyed fishing at the hotel's private pier. As a bonus, we were lucky to spot dolphins during our time there! We truly enjoyed every minutes and will definitely book a longer stay next time. Highly recommended!”
