“Magnificent views… absolutely spectacular. Bed was a bit hard and springy and we stayed in the Penthouse with a pretty hefty price tag for a single night, so kind of expected lux comfort. Also, we had mentioned it was an anniversary stay, but we had a family room next door which kinda killed the vibe a bit when the toddler was hovering on the deck at 6ish in the morning. Assumed, for the price tag, there would be a mini bar… there wasn’t. Only long life milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. Staff...

“The very courteous staff, especially Jo. The absolute cleanliness of of cabin and the position of it which allowed us to enjoy nature & serenity, enjoying variation of flora & fauna. Thank you very mu ch for this amazing experience which sadly had to be cut short due to my husbands heart issues. Val Scott”

“Easy parking, convenient check in and check out, good food next door at the club”

“The room was very well set up with microwave and fridges, and cutlery, crockery for 3. Also a small table with chairs so very easy to organise your own breakfast. Blackout curtains were excellent but a Venetian on the car parks ideal let in a lit of light from the very well lit carpark. Overall comfort was slightly diminished for a light sensitive sleeper.”

“E' una struttura bella e confortevole, nuova e attrezzata per attività all'area aperta. Davvero bella la piscina. L'area in cui è collocata non offre molto, ma è vicinissima al centro commerciale e a pochi minuti di auto da Nelson Bay.”

“Clean room. Was larger than expected. Also had a kitchen. Easy walk to Country Club, beach etc. Stairs to the room (no lift) but staff member did appear in car park to assist with bag.”

“We had a partial bay view on the first floor. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The staff was helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant on site and it was very good. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. The hotel is located just above the downtown of Nelson's Bay. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the docks, restaurants and shops. We would certainly stay there in the future if we were back in Nelson's Bay. ”

“Great location and glamping tent was amazing within the koala sanctuary. Great to hear about the koala hospital and rehabilitation work and to see the sanctuary residents. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to Nelson Bay, 1 mile beach and Shoal Bay. ”

“Our stay was amazing. Breakfast is a must have at the hotel. They have vegetarian and vegan options as well. Not so much in the dinner menu but the staff advised that they can prepare vegan food on request. Amenities provided were above par. Cleanliness level was good. Amazing views for the sunset. Pool was clean and well maintained. Pro Tip:- Some of the room types are available at ground and first floor. If you use third party sites to book your stay, it is a good idea to call them and say...
