“The hotel was nice and there were lots of things going on in the hotel. The staff was pleasant. We had room 559. We discovered the TV was unplugged. After plugging it in we were able to turn on the tv with the remote but were unable to actually select any station in channel guide. It appeared the remote had battery power but the tv didn’t respond. Fortunately we had family to visit so we didn’t need the tv. “Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a great area with shops and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness of the room was my only issue. 1. There was a sock in the sheet set for the pull out bed. 2. I found a big bottle of cream by the window sill when i moved the curtain. 3. They told me someone would come clean the room every other day, but no one ever came. ”
