“The process to check in was very easy. Video to get keys was very helpful. Communication was good. The pictures on the state overstated the size and cleanliness of the space. We were in one of their multiple rooms (G) and the couch was stained, their was a sock left behind which let me know that the place was not thoroughly cleaned, lots of stains on walls, shower, etc. It was definitely not to standards I would expect.”

“The host of this unit is dishonest. They create multiple listings with photos of nicer units and then when you arrive it’s not what was advertised. Once I brought this up to the host they removed the photos offline from this listing. They made an excuse the actual unit had a plumbing issue and were doing me a “favor” by providing another unit. They claimed to have told VRBO this issue and said they assumed VRBO had talked to me about it. Which was all not true. I have screenshots and more and...
