“Struttura storica ad Hollywood, da vedere. Bella la piscina...un'oasi verde.Quando si esce ci si trova in mezzo al casino...attenzione quando arriva il buio. Buon ristorante interno e vicino a buoni ristoranti. Bella la camera con una bellissima vista se in alto.”

“I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Location - very accessible, short walking distance to Universal Studios shuttle terminal. Room - very spacious and clean. Lobby - modern decoration, spacious and cozy. Staff - superb, very friendly and professional. Two people I want to say thank you - First the bartender (sorry I forgot the name) He made sure my cocktails taste perfect. Second, the guy at the recpetion on night duty of Dec 20. “Only issue i had was house keeping never came to get my towels or change my bed out of 3 days there. I put them outside my door after calling front desk for house keeping and watched a house keeper walk past them. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to book an extra day and it was through the hotel itself so they gave me a AAA discount (I am a AAA member). Sounds proof which is what I was looking for in a hotel. Couldnt hear other peoples noise and no one could hear me. Not a party, just alone...
