“The airport was very busy so the shuttle took a little longer than expected. They don’t have a regular schedule, like on the half hour. So you just have to wait until it arrives. Other hotel shuttles seemed to arrive a little more frequently. The location was fine for one night but not a place to stay to enjoy LA. It had an airport ambiance. But the room was nice, the bed was comfy and I liked that it had both a fridge and a microwave. ”

“The place was super nice and clean! There were no problems with the room. However, when I first entered the hotel, I asked the front desk ladies that were talking if they had a bathroom, since I didn't see one. One of them says, "Excuse you. Were having a conversation here" and angrily slams a key card down on the desk. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but I was completely shocked by the behavior.”
