“The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast staff, Carmen and Luz, were always pleasant and kind. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and always greeted us every time we walked in and out of the hotel. The security guard was super awesome. I will be returning to stay again”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! To start: the place itself wasn’t very clean and there were stains on the couch and bed linens. The bed is much too firm as well (unless you like that sort of thing). It’s very apparent that this place was furnished not with comfort, but cheapness in mind. And by far the worst part was the plenty of mosquitos that were inside. I did not leave any doors open and checked all the windows (all closed), yet somehow there were still multiple mosquitos in the apartment. I barely slept...

“It was an average hotel overall. The pool area was quite small and should be designed to accommodate more guests, as it doesn’t comfortably serve the number of people staying at the property. In addition, breakfast service ended at 9 a.m., which felt too early, especially for guests on vacation, who are often just getting up around that time.”
