Hotel a Corozal

“Third time staying here if I’m not staying with family. Rooms and overall property beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. ”

“Hotel on 4th gloor in hospital. Restaurants within walking distance. Beds comfy and air conditioner cool.”

“I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“Apparently something was wrong with the water heater or the shower faucet becase the water coming out the shower was too hot or cold. Couldn’t have a medium water to take a shower. My stay was for 2 nights and they did not refilled the coffee in the coffee maker.”

“Overall a pleasant stay, with a few misses in service/hospitality. First day, we stopped at the bar ordered a margarita with Cointreau, we were charged $12 for the Margarita + $12 for the Cointreau up charge = $24…typically there would be a $3 to $4 up charge for this less than 1oz ingredient. On a separate occasion we had dinner at Alba, sat outside by the pool, there were 4 employees (1 bartender, 3 servers), 4 tables sitting outside, no tables inside and still waited 30 plus minutes to...

“Love my stay at Aire De Olive. A chic oasis just a few footsteps from the beach. The room was a dream as well, we had an ocean view. The shower was the star of the show, the steam and water pressure felt like you were at the spa. Housekeeping came everyday to clean and the staff were readily available to support with any of our needs. Make sure to grab a drink at AWWA and lay out on the cabanas at the pool on the 2nd floor. “Most of the front desk staff were not welcoming. The room had a leaky faucet that dripped making a loud noise that kept us up at night, phone did not work, one side of the room didn’t have power and the toilet had little to no pressure. We were never offered another room when we presented these issues to the front desk. The blankets were paper thin and whenever we requested an additional one they took it back when housekeeping.
