“Attempts to reach property prior to my trip was unsuccessful. I didn't speak to owner until i was half way their at airport. There is no shuttle to beach. This property is no where near San Juan, rather a 45 min, $75 taxi ride from any sites. This is in the country and the beach isn't what you think of when you think of the Caribbeans. We thought we were near public teamspirtation, but there in none near this property. One shuttle that everyone said is unreliable. So you definitely need...

“The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.”

“The room not ready on time check in is 3pm arrived at 6pm and wait half hour more for give me clean room. The parking is to far to the hotel at the night not feel safe.”

“Too cold in the hallway and room and no option to turn on heat AC The room smells so bad like mold and dogs together and there is actually mold in the shower because those genius dont have ventilation in the bathroom. Also the walls are so thin you can hear the next room’s guests fighting and talking!! Andddd on Saturday they turn on loud trance music with heavy bass at 7:30AM!!!! LSS- Worst hotel ever.”

“We enjoyed our stay however the Sunday we got there they had allowed a lot of outsiders in so there were no chairs or room - the middle of the week it was quiet and nice - the biggest complaint was housekeeping- they didn’t really clean and by the end of the week the floors were disgusting. A couple of days they didn’t leave enough towels - the rest of the staff was wonderful and sweet”

The room was well furnished, had great AC and was dark, perfect for a restful sleep after a travel day. “My boyfriend and I needed a room for a 1 night stay in old San Juan. Navona studios is in a super convenient location and a great price for a simple room. Check-in was easy even though there was no front desk. They sent over very detailed instructions so the process went smoothly. The room itself is small but clean and has all you need. I also appreciated the level of security to get to our room. There were a couple locked doors before even getting to our room. The Navona jewelry store next...

“Staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. Gave a map of viejo San Juan to see what’s nearby. Hotel is in such a convenient area to explore. The Photo Booth and place to buy drinks & stuff downstairs was also very convenient!”
