“Wonderful stay. Amazing staff available 24/7 for anything and everything. Free covered and secure parking. Penthouse gym and morning breakfasts. Private and comfortable room. This will be our new spot.”

“Hotel storico in fase di ristrutturazione.Aria condizionata rumorosa”

“We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm. I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni a San Juan e la struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare la vecchia San Juan avendo tutte le principali attrazioni storiche a breve distanza, così come ristoranti e bar. “Very clean. And in a very centric area.”

“Perfect location at a great price. Felt safe in the heart of Old Town. Right next door to the Department of State and across the street from Plaza de Armas. Bonus, there is a small slushy store to the right of the entrance that sells small liquor bottles, water, juice etc and the afternoon/night clerk gives great local travel tips and advice.”

“Struttura un po’ datata senza ascensore ma personale gentilissimo e in un’ottima posizione ”
