“So glad I found Casa Isabel, it truly is a gem. Great location, very safe, the hostess is very available and accommodating. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was always tasty and timely. I will definitely keep this location in mind anytime I visit San Juan.”
“I loved that we were so close to everything in san juan/ old san juan. The area looks a little rough but it was quiet at night and we felt very safe. We rented a car so did not walk around but having the parking space included was so convenient. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was always noise that woke us up around 8am. We were out late every night so getting woken up by the barking dogs and loud tools was a little rough. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay here...

“Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni a San Juan e la struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare la vecchia San Juan avendo tutte le principali attrazioni storiche a breve distanza, così come ristoranti e bar. “The beach house is simply amazing. The convenient location makes it so much better. Right on the beach with its own private section of the beach. But what takes the crown is the absolutely amazing service by the staff. They were on top of everything. Elias and Naomi were amazing. They showed amazing hospitality and love to me and my wife. I would definitely recommend. Me and my wife were extremely pleased and plan on coming back again. ”

“Great Stay for the Bad Bunny Concert!
We stayed here while in town for the Bad Bunny concert and couldn’t have picked a better location, close to great eateries, local shops, and just a short walk to La Placita. The room was a great size, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The overall condition of the hotel is great, however the rooms need upkeeping. There were very noticeable marks on the walls, furniture and flooring as well as chipping of the shower floor, that need to be repaired, in order to keep with the Marriott standard. Also I noticed what appeared to be mildew stains on the walls and ceiling of the shower, along with rusting of the sprinkler head in the bathroom.
