“Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)”

“Hotel Luz was an awesome find for my solo stay in Puerto Rico for 9 nights while visiting for a wedding. I really enjoyed my stay at this stylish boutique hotel, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers! My room was cozy, the AC worked really well, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was stylish. “Very nice quiet stay. I did wish that they would have kept the gate to the courtyard closed at night -would have made me feel a bit more secure as my entry door was to the courtyard and I was a solo traveler. Place was very clean and a great price. I’d stay there again.”

Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!”

“I had two rooms one had termites and the hotel tried to say that they were AntsiWwl when an employee told me that they were termites. The linen had stains on them and the washcloths and towels had stains on themfor the price of this motel. It is not worth it. I think they pay TikTokers to advertise online these beautiful worlds, which is false advertisement.”

“My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton in San Juan this weekend, and we had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. Al rientro la sera mi sono accorto che avevo cambiato asciugamani e tappetini docccia ma non rifatto il letto e le pulizie . ”
