“Bath shower downstairs as well as kitchen sink had no hot water. We Were told kitchen sink was made that way. Loft Bunk beds upstairs mattress were not comfortable at all. Owner was quick to respond, the service man arrived soon and turned up hot water which did make a difference in the other 2 rooms. We could have used more pillows and towels and the frig did not stay cold. Ice maker was not working we had to purchase ice. Shower heads were clogged spraying water many directions. Location,...
