"The staff was very friendly. We arrived quite late—around 4 a.m.—but our room was still available, which was a relief. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast since we slept in, but check-out was at 12 p.m., which was a nice surprise as I had thought it was at 11. Overall, everything went smoothly and we had a good stay."

"Everything was great at this property. The only complaint I have was that, check in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but I had to go back to the desk at 5:45 pm and request rooms on separate floors because our room still wasn’t ready. We had two rooms reserved."

"Was there for a girls trip with my best friend and we felt so safe and well informed! Our check in process was amazing and we were given free access to a beach club and a shuttle to and from! The hotel is under renovations however that did not affect our stay! The pool was fantastic! Everything about our stay was so great and I wish I could remember the name of our check in agent cuz he was great! And the two drivers the assisted with our bags and the shuttle services. We will be back thank you so much!!!"
