“The hallway on the first floor has open ceilings with exposed black mold and you can immediately smell it. As soon as you exit the elevator on upper floors you can smell the mold infestation. We left immediately and did not choose to stay in these conditions. The hotel is in desperate need of repairs and updates. It could be a nice place but has not been maintained. I would sleep outside under a tree before I would spend any time in this hotel. We probably won’t be refunded. They have not...

“A gorgeous property 30-40 mins from the airport / San Juan - but with everything on site including multiple restaurants, pools, bikes, tennis, water sports, kids club and a lovely beach. The staff are what make this property so good - the kindness, care, and attention from all staff was excellent. We had some sunny days and some rain, but the resort was always in excellent condition, even after severe rainfall. 12/10, would stay here again. ”

“Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”

“L'hotel é poco curato, magari tendono a farlo rimanere pulito ma viste le sue condizioni é difficile trovare risultati. Il problema principale rimane il rumore sia perché a ridosso di una strada a scorrimento veloce ma soprattutto perché gli infissi sono decisamente obsoleti ed inappropriati. La colazione che loro chiamano continentale non ha un minino di correlazione con altre strutture visto che hanno molta poca attenzione alla mancanza di cibo nei piatti da buffet e comunque piccolissime...
