Hotel per fare shopping in Porto Rico

“Waited 2 hours after check in. When they called for room it came up as spam and no message was left. We just happen to be around the corner so stopped in to see if it was their call and it was. They did give us 2 free continental breakfasts and $21 food & drink credit. Went for breakfast and there were at least 10 people in line ahead of us. We were told at least 20 minute wait. We had already been in line 10 minutes. As we stood there we saw 8 empty tables. When we asked about the empty...

“I thoroughly enjoyed the property, entertainment and food!! The room was cleaned and refreshed everyday. The hallways smelled delightful. Staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that we found during turn down service, a mini bottle of our liquor was stolen. I didnt complain to the front desk, I just requested that we not have turn down service anymore during our stay. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel, just lock all your stuff up. ”

“Great resort, staff was friendly. The bar tender OVI was such a pleasure. His professionalism was unmatched. We told him me and my wife was there for my birthday and the next day he surprised us with a birthday balloon. Such a nice gesture. Thanks OVI and staff for such a nice birthday experience!!!
