“They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. ”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. ”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“I booked hotel Armas for our short vacation trip, where me and my husband had a wonderful experience !!! Our room was clean, spacious with beautiful balconies that are looking down right on the plaza Da Armas, of our favorite Isla, which is still beautiful! Their stuff is amazing, customer service is excellent, atmosphere is inviting and welcoming! I will be happy to come back and gladly recommended hotel Armas as wonderful stay!”
