Hotel all inclusive a Isola di Porto Rico

“Unlike other hotels, If you don’t put the maid service sign on your door your room will not be cleaned. Also, arrangements should be made with the airport for guests parking. I had to pay $30 a day to park my rental. That added to the nightly cost of the room…well let’s say I could have gotten someplace cheaper and just as nice. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The hotel is a nice, clean, fabulous scented hotel. Well kept and maintained.”

“Beautiful and I mean absolutely stunning. The service from the staff is top tier, there are multiple restaurants to eat at, daily activities to enjoy, multiple pools and bars and a beautiful beach. I will stay here now everytime I go to San Juan as it was only about a 35 minute drive ”

“Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered...
