“We loved the overall setup. We stayed in the Brizas section, which is in need of renovation and, fortunately, scheduled for updates. Next time, we’ll most likely stay in the Vistas. The check-in process took far too long—about an hour and a half—which was definitely a drawback. One night, the fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. with no explanation or guidance from the staff, and repeated attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered. Needless to say, my wife was quite shaken by the experience.”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“The staffs were courteous, very friendly, helpful, people here were hospitable. The hotel was very clean. We enjoy the amenities they have. The lagoon and pool were very fun. We really enjoyed staying at the Condado Plaza hotel. We would recommend friends and relatives to visit. ”
