“i went alone for my birthday in november i loved the staff they were so welcoming and they explained everything throughly and i felt very safe. the pool was very clean and the hottub i couldnt stay out of it. everyday my room was cleaned and none of my stuff ended up missing i was leaving my suitcase wide up too. all the excursions was close to the hotel and the ubers was so cheap nothing over 20 dollars i loved it and ill be back ”

“Room was well kept. Facilities are very pretty and tropical. Right on the beach and views in most rooms it seems. Pool food and beverage service is great. Breakfast restaurant was solid also. Overall a really great resort. Very central to all Rincon activities. As noted by some other reviewers the TV service is not great. No microwave in room only small fridge. No gym either but there’s a day pass gym a few minutes down the road. I would recommend this place if you’re not super picky or...
