“We had a great stay at the looking glass. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We just got in from a cruise and the room was clean, comfortable and made it easy to relax. The location wasn’t very far from the port or the airport. We really felt we were able to enjoy a part of Puerto Rico without all the crowds while being able to eat some great food at the local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. ”

Close to local stores and the beach but a quick Uber ride to big touristy areas if that’s what you’re in to.its ran by locals that checked us in quickly and efficiently as well as gave up information on places to go while there. I’ve been to PR many times so it was perfect for our quick trip. We had our own personal bathroom that was literally right across the hall from the room. “Never saw any staff people. Since I arrived at 6:30 pm, I was given self check-in instructions via text. The room did not have a hair dryer, and when I texted the staff to request one, I never received a response. Radio silence. Some type of constant chirping noise right outside my window all night, so unfortunately did not get any sleep. Was a bit disappointed in this stay. Would not recommend. ”
