“Clean and perfect location”

“I arrived 2 hours late and had no idea what to do or where to go. Laura at the front desk was great: friendly, understanding, and even walked me to my room. The neighborhood worked for me only because I rented a vehicle from the airport.”

“Dirty, disgusting hotel, worst customer service, no shampoo, and no soap. Worst place I have ever stayed. They should shut them down and not market this hotel.”

The hotel was very clean, the staff were always available to help, they were very friendly and sweet. It was our 1st time in PR, and we'll definitely stay here ANYTIME we come back here”

“My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all.”

“Will be back most definitely, they will make you feel at home, give you privacy yet there when you need them! Only thing that was a little inconvenient at some times was the gate going in and out of the property.. they should consider either remotes for each room or just a better system rather than having to call or text and wait for one of the staff to open it… otherwise it was amazing and great location!!”
