“Arrived at 7pm. Walked straight into the dark,there were no lights on in court yard and all the chairs and tables made it dangerous to walk through without banging into them. The gentleman in front dest was no help. As we approached the desk the gentleman had us waiting for 5-7 minutes while he completed his personal call simply took his time,offered 0 assistance up the stairs with luggage. The phone continuesly rang at from 12-3am and can be heard loudly and we needed to be out the room by 5am...

“Location was great my biggest issue was parking. You had to park in the hospital lot because it's on their property. 3 to $18 every day. You get a break if you only spend 15 min on the lot.”

Immaculately clean room and property, sweet, attentive staff--even walked me up the block to point out where I could find the nearest pharmacy when I asked for directions to any nearby.
