Great amenities & accommodations

Nice home, the amenities inside of the house were great. The house is in a low-key location close to everything, the area where the house is located was safe, but is not a clean and maintained street.The only downside of the area was so close to the airport literally the runway of the airport , so you constantly hear the take off for the planes and flying over the street, it is difficult to watch tv or have a conversation within our family and it is more difficult to sleep and specially after 3:00am when planes will wake up taking off every other half hour. So if you if you looking for a place to rest and get a good night sleep after your travel sites in Puerto Rico take that in consideration. We didn’t mind the noises from roosters, dogs or pigeons it is part of our island custom.Check in and communication with the host was good.

Family vacay

Beautiful home, low key location, everything you need, great local area, close to everything. My family and I had a great time and we were very comfortable. Will definitely come back to stay again!

Great vacation home in San Juan near the airport. We will definitely stay again in the future

We travel regularly and this was the best owner interaction in a VRBO rental we've ever had. Highly recommended !

Not happy

We never even walked in the front door first impressions are important the place was on a dead end street garbage all over the street not in a safe neighborhood sure for the owner the house pictures were good enough but not for a family on vacation. The house pictures were very deceiving , didn't stay there .Vrbo should take a closer look into places like that . Stopped payment right away . He claims it's a good place but not for us no safe. People please be smart when looking on Vrbo

Not as expected

There was an unpleasant smell either mildew or old funk coming from the next home that is abandonded. Lights cut off for over two hours, was stuck in home and unable to leave, communication wasn't that well more so nonchalant about the issues I was experiencing. Was asked to changed light bulbs in bathroom because they were out. Constant noise the area is not quiet

Very nice place. Everything is well maintained and just as pictured. It was a little tricky to find, but Andy was very helpful in getting us to the right spot. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot and a blender. It is a loud neighborhood (dogs and neighbors). An actual glass pain window in back bedroom would help keep out neighborhood noises. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

Great location

It was a great location housed looked like in the pictures lights did go out in Puerto Rico while staying there but landlord had all the things we needed for the occasion I would definitely recommend this location to anybody and everybody

We stayed in 3 different properties while in Puerto Rico. This was by far the best equipped. It has a nice big kitchen and living room with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable. There was a dog next door that woke us up at 3 a.m., and some roosters nearby that were up with the sun. So bring your ear plugs! Otherwise we were pleased with this rental and it's very conveniently located near the airport.

Home away from home

The house is everything we expected and a little more. Close to everything you need and even close to San Juan traffic just gets bad. House was clean and the beds were comfortable! Me and my family loved it and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us !

The Best place in Carolina

Stayed at Andy's property and It was a great stay the way you see the pictures but better is how the place is. Is close to the Airport to all the car rentals and close old San Juan I recommend everyone to stay here you won't be disappointed and would have a great Time

Amazing getaway !

Literally the whole house was for my mom, my boyfriend and I. Your own parking spot. never a problem with water. I have OCD and this the cleanliness is immaculate. We even had some nice Dominican beer waiting for us in fridge. lots of towels, chairs for the beach, tanning oil. In the morning there is a bit of a smell but it’s from the lagoon. If u walk to it in the morning ( right in front of the house) , it has a family of otters and about 75 turtles. There are dogs and cats, chicken, roosters that wake u a little early but that’s Puerto Rico for ya. I had a bit trouble getting in the house, the owner responded within seconds. Andy was very attentive. Breakfast spot about a 10 minute walk. This is an amazing Private home !
