“It was our first time here at this hotel and it was such an amazing experience from the moment we step in the property the area was clean and everyone was welcoming and nice! The room was beautiful and big, the ocean, pool and ameneties area were clean. We have ZERO complain about this beautiful place!”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Excelente lugar. Es muy hermoso y muy limpio. Tiene de todo lo necesario. Me volveria a quedar. Lo disfrutamos muchísimo y los niños la pasaron genial.”

“The resort and the unit are 2 totally different experiences. The resort itself was lovely- lots of pools and on a small beach (pools needed to be maintained better and the "waterpark" part of it is only open on the weekends) but the resort was kept tidy and pleasant. Our unit, however, was clean but VERY disappointing. It was not maintained well and many things were broken (the lock on the sliding doors, locks on the windows, THE TV!!!) Appliances were beeping like crazy. We called the unit...

“My wife and I took our kids (5 and 2.5) along with my parents to stay on the Bahtia resort property and loved every minute of it. The in subdivision pool was great for an evening swim and during the day we had easy access (via golf cart) to both the beach club pool and bar area as well as the st Regis hotel pool and bar area. We also explored the boathouse which featured kayaks, paddle boards, and a floating obstacle course which proved daunting for my kids (this time)All of the staff members...

“Location was excellent!!We expected to be near and even with nature, but there were a lot of ants in the room with us. Beds were comfortable. A rug would have been nice to help keep sand out of the beds. ”
