Resort a Fajardo

“Habitación limpia, personal atento & amable, piscina espectacular al igual la playa. Muchas opciones de restaurantes y a precios módicos. Aspecto a mejorar: Tener un baño cerca de la playa . El estacionamiento te lo cobran aparte $17 por noche y $30 por noche de fee de hotel. ”

“Don’t really have beach view but we do have a huge balcony to sit and chill. The room is very clean and neat, and the AC works perfectly. Although the room is right behind the restaurant, there’s no bad smell in the room and it’s not noisy at night, as the restaurant closes at 9 or 10. So far the nicest small room to stay in.”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“The front desk staff were amazing. Brian, Alanis and Aleida were always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly. There are some issues on the property that need addressing. The restaurant menu was not too appealing. The beach was within walking distance but you can’t get in. Limited drawers, a loud schilling noise from shower head, slippery moist floors resulting from increasing the temperature in the room are some examples. Overall a peaceful , restful vacay.”

“We did not meet the host, but the housekeeping staff was amazing.”

“The room was fine. It was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a gross sour smell and ants. The a/c worked well. Two beds had cheap spring mattresses; one had memory foam. The restaurant has mediocre food at inflated prices. The waitress got agitated when we tried to apply a custom tip. She wanted us to pick one of the preset tips set at 14% and higher. A different employee (maybe a manager) was very rude and aggressive. Constantly raising her voice at employees and patrons.”
