“The pool was huge and clean. Room was kept well and serviced daily. I was disappointed they did not offer any local fresh fruits only white people fruits were offered for breakfast- oranges, apples, honey dew that would have needed to be shipped into the island. Just weird”

“Clean”

“Roaches in my room. They moved me to another room but the next day I met someone who also had roaches in their room. When I asked which room they were in is was the SAME room. Meaning they put her in it after I had already told them. Wouldn’t stay here again”

“Me hospedé en el Hotel Milano por 2 noches y tuve una excelente experiencia. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno Viejo San Juan, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, sitios históricos y todo lo necesario para recorrer la ciudad a pie. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada, lo cual hizo mi estadía muy cómoda. El personal fue amable y el proceso de check-in y check-out fue sencillo. Por su ubicación, limpieza y excelente relación calidad-precio, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí....
