Museo de Arte de Ponce: Tour e Visite Guidate

DO NOT STAY HERE Physical threats, severe septic biohazards and unlawful retaliatory eviction From the very beginning this was a dangerous nightmare involving false advertising, septic flooding, and direct threats of physical violence. Material Misrepresentation: The pool area borders an abandoned structure littered with trash, broken glass and dirty diapers. Management admitted in writing it is an "eye sore" lost in a court boundary dispute, so they cannot clean it. Sewage Flood & Zero Staff: The toilet in our room catastrophically overflowed. The host texted me to shut off the toilet valve myself. Our belongings clothes and luggage were covered in toilet water. Gaslighting: Management sent a fraudulent "recap message" claiming backed up toilet water was "rainwater" and denied our clothes were wet—ignoring that we had to immediately salvage them from the floor. Violent Threats & Intimidation: When I disputed their false recap in writing, the property manager’s boyfriend threatened me with physical violence and called a group of friends to show up at the property to actively intimidate us. Retaliatory Eviction: They kicked us out at 9PM the night before checkout with nowhere to go, using intimidation and hostility to force us off the property in the dark. This property is completely unsafe and unfit for guests. All texts, biohazard photos, and incident reports have been submitted to authorities. PLEASE avoid this plaace at all costs for your own safety!

Friendly people-clean!

Beautiful property however, it was very difficult to get in touch with staff after hours.
