“Confortevole, buona colazione, camera molto spaziosa.”

“The rooms were very overpriced to be in the condition they were in. Very old looking, had a horrible mold-like smell. I don’t think I would EVER stay there again especially not for that price.”

“The first room offered smelled of chlorine. Although I did not ask for it the second room was handicap accessible and I was uncomfortable using the facilities. Rather than change rooms again we stayed there.”

“The room was very clean, breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean overall. A/C works great! TV lots of channels bug, and very clear. We did not like the water pressure in the shower and water was not hot. Parking was good. Our overall stay was great! Would stay again.....”

“The rooms were really clean. So was the lobby and halls. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel stinks. Smells like mildew. Had to sleep with window open. Broke out with allergic reaction. I’m allergic to mold. Other than that, it’s great!”

“This was our first stay at Avista resort. We celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary. The resort was very clean and our room was top notch. The staff from office to the maids to people who helped with the luggage was top notch. We will definitely be staying at Avista resort again probably in September. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in North Myrtle beach.”

“Just a walk to the beach, a balcony for night, and a clean room. We would stay here again.”

“Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

“Staff was “meh”. However, the property was great, Pools were great, rooms were great, and access to the beach was great. Upgraded staff would make this place perfect.”

“Room 515 had an awful smell. They did try to fix it but it didn't help. The bar tender at the pool was very rude to my child when she asked for water. The front desk staff was kind though.”
