“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“We had an issue getting a TV remote for our room as none was there on arrival. No big deal but it took 4 hours to resolve!”

“It was extremely run down and ghetto. Loud music blasting next door at 2 am. Room was dirty, water damage on walls and ceilings and just down right nasty. Only plus side was the kid at the front desk was very nice.”

“We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite and were impressed by how spacious it was. The hotel is relatively new, and everything—from the room to the common areas—felt clean and well-maintained. That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms. “overpriced. bad experience at check-in where they lost my reservation and I had to wait. toilet ran loudly all night.Tried to checkout and waited for someone to come to the front desk but no one was working. ”

The food quality was poor, but the service was worse; the staff member was quite dismissive and initially refused to serve my son, despite him being included on our breakfast card. It took an intervention from the manager to resolve the issue. Ultimately, the service did not meet the expectations promised at check-in.”
