“Upon arrival, we were informed that they were painting the outside, renovating, and the hot tub didn’t work. Also walking to our room, the carpet was torn up and tripping hazard not to mention the garbage piled up outside a room that sat for 2 days. No warning to any of it and we had booked weeks prior. Also the breakfast bar worked half the time.”

“The rooms are old. The sink in the bathroom started leaking and you get a little shock if you touch the meta screw when switching on the bathroom light. The vending machine doesn't work and the hotel doesn't reimburse you. The personnel is nice and efficient ”

“Having stayed at this property some years ago I booked it again to visit with a family member who was hospitalized for the week. Assuming the property changed hands and the new owners obviously we’re trying to maximize profits and not only have made no improvements on the property, but it failed to do any maintenance for sometime. The carpeting is disgusting needs to be replaced. The tiles in the elevator cracked. The carpet in the room was so bad that I either kept sandals on her or socks, and...

“First there's absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, it's just older. Comfy bed, clean room, and the pool and hot tub were up and running.”

“I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off .”
