Hotel a Riverdale

“This was the cutest bed & breakfast!! The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming! It's perfectly in between a few small towns that have all kinds of great things to do! The room was very clean and the parking was simple. Plus, great mountain canyon views for breakfast every morning, that is brought directly to your room door.”

“Very convenient to interstate and 2 blocks from downtown cafes and historic RR depot. Nice staff, clean room.”

“Okay to stay there but after 5 days of the same breakfast it got old. The staff at the front were very good. The room could have used a much better cleaning. The place is beginning to be old and dated.”

“Breakfast was good. The first day there was a hair in the hash potatoes. And the original waffle batter run out, so you had to have the other kind. It didn’t seem like anyone was there at the front desk at all times. And we asked for four extra pillows and they said we can only have 3. The hot tub was warm, but the pool was pretty cold. There was toy lid under the ac from the previous occupant. So it seems like they didn’t clean it thoroughly. Overall it was just okay. I’ve stayed at better BWH....

“Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer.”

“Had allot of issues with this stay. I reserved it online for my daughter and her friend. It was her 18th birthday. I was out of town and could not be there in person. They would not let her in. My card was on file I assumed responsibility. They still wouldn’t let her in. My wife could have drove down and stayed with them. Nope my name was on it so I had to be there. Still waiting on the refund as well. Go to the Hyatt. It’s more but she stayed there no problem ”

“bathroom dirty, Full of insects, old room, and very noisy. Worn out scheets. Old and dirty carpet”

“It is nothing to do in the area! And we got a lot of weird stares from people since we was the little few black people there”
