The carpet in the bedroom had animal hair all over it, poor vacuuming. “The staff was FANTASTIC! The room looked good it was clean the beds were comfortable. We were getting the trash can out from under the sink and the biggest roach came out. We called down to the front desk they sent someone up to spray. The other issue was the bathroom door was a pocket door and the handle was ripped off. So the door would just slowly open on its own while you were using the bathroom or showering. We told the front desk and the said they could send someone up the next day. It was...

“Wonderful hotel. Very clean, nice comfortable rooms. Loved the layout and roominess of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Better than average continental breakfast. Loved that you could walk across the parking lot to the Cactus Jack’s mexican restaurant to eat. Very convenient and a good place to eat. Enjoyed our stay very much!”
