We stayed here with a youth group from a church out in California, we did wish the pool could have been open more late only because we had church services all day, when we asked nicely to see if they would give us an extra 15 minutes in the pool the lady said No. I get rules are rules but we weren’t asking for all night. The front desk lady then proceeded to stand in front of the water slide and telling us it was time to go, rudely telling us to get out....

“The room did not smell fresh, part of the floor was a little tacky. The room was not quiet at all, we could hear every word of anyone who walked by, the door had a gap at the bottom that needed a door sweep or something.”

“The "hot tub" in the king suite is just a jet bath, and it is awkwardly next to the bed, and not in its own room with ventilation, leaving the room uncomfortably humid. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the soap in the shower was empty. Breakfast was sub-par, and the food inside the heating elements were cold.
