“We stayed here as a family with four kids ages 11 and under and had a really good experience overall. The property and hotel felt well maintained, and the staff throughout the stay were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff especially did a great job keeping everything stocked and clean even during busy times. “A baby pooped in the hot tub. There should be restriction saying that nobody under a certain age like 12 or 14. Or must have swim diaper so it shut it down for everybody and that’s one of the things that we always wanna go to when we stay.”

“Hotel was centrally located and close to everything I needed. Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bring your own pillows. It was convenient having the kitchen. If I stayed again I’d bring my own pans and dishes as there is a charge for that. Staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my key from the kiosk.”

“Please switch to hypoallergenic bedding/laundry like many other chains have done. The sheets made us itch. The TV remotes are in bad shape. Everything else was excellent.”

“Their front desk guy Cyrus is rude and a power tripper. Their staff don’t communicate and then the guest is who ends up being blamed. I was told one thing over the phone and he still argued with me instead of getting his supervisor who was for sure there at the time. We didn’t even check in, we took our money elsewhere. Don’t stay here unless you’re rich and white cause they’ll treat you like garbage.”

“Way too many noisy items in the room. Unfortunately my husband and I cannot sleep with so much noise.”
