“The room was great except the handle on my toliet fell off 😂. Still worked you just had to take the lid off to flush. But the staff were fantastic. I told them right away and they were worried cause maintenance was out till Monday, but it was okay cause I was checking out in a few hours. They were sweet and accommodating. “予約時から、エキストラベッドの追加を依頼していました。 エキストラベッドの追加ができると記載してあったため、予約しました。 チェックイン時にもそのことを伝え、スタッフからは用意すると言われていましたが、外出の後部屋へ戻るとベッドは届いていませんでした。 何かの手違いかと思い電話で依頼すると、1度目は今向かっている、しばらく待てとのこと。 しかし、しばらく待っても全く来ないため再度連絡すると、エキストラベッドは追加できないと言われました。 であれば、チェックイン時に追加できないと言うべきですし、予約時に何度もメールのやり取りをしているので、その時に言うべきでは？ 3名の宿泊でダブルベッド二台と非常に窮屈な状態で過ごしました？”
