“The back door is still inoperable on its third week. No soap in the vending machines for washing clothes, and our key card didn’t work three times in two days. Employees are great! Property is great, but need more staffing. ”

“The room was wonderful--clean, nicely appointed, and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. And the HVAC worked perfectly. We saw kids in the hallway and at breakfast. But we did not hear them while in our room. And we couldn't hear the coming and going late in the evening or early in the morning. Perfect! The pool was warm. The breakfast was okay. The hot food selection was not wonderful, with only hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs. It's the one thing that this hotel could improve on.”
