“The water pressure in the shower sucks...I can't say any other way. And, so does the check-in kiosk; it's hit or miss. Everything else is excellent: helpful staff, spotless and brand new property, quiet area, safe.”

“Our stay was outstanding! Really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa! It was snowing when we arrived, so the hot water in the spa felt amazing. The shower in our room was one of the best showers ever, with good hot water and fantastic water pressure! Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience!!!”

“great hotel, excellent location near everything. amenities are great. rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, 2 queens, pull out couch and a great bathroom. no complaints at all. my only grip is coffee on sunday. i came down 5 minutes after breakfast was over and just wanted coffee and they said they don't do coffee on the weekends. i would just ask for coffee available with the water all weekend. overall fantastic hotel, great little pool, really good hot tub, nice and hot with strong...

“Room was clean and very well set up with the kitchenette service. Laundry was very convenient and well maintained. Nearby amenities was convenient. View from our room was great view of mountains. One thing that was weird though was the floor had strange raised areas in the room as well as the hallway to our room. Nothing that seemed to make it less of a stay - but still noteworthy.”

“I booked 3 rooms on 1 reservation. You would think the rooms would be at least located on the same floor, but we were placed on 3 different floors. When one of us checked into our room, there was a yellowish brown substance on the toilet seat, so we were moved to a different room. In the morning it said breakfast began at 6am. We went down at 6:15 and they did not have all of the breakfast out, no eggs and no hot water. Dismal and disappointing. Gotta say I have never had much luck at a Hilton...

“The staff are so wonderful, kind, and attentive. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The rooms however have gone down in quality since I stayed here 3 years ago. The bed was fine, comfortable enough and clean. However the bathroom looks like it was remodeled by a sloppy teenager. The cleanliness in the showers especially around the shower products needs to have a good once over. Corners in the bathroom were built up with dust and grime. Everything else was fine.
