“Breakfast was terrible, not stocked very well. Our room needed to be cleaned a 2nd time due to stains, dirty floor, left over hair in bathroom everywhere and the window mechanism for the shade roller was broken and the AC was broken on the bottom and took forever to cool the room down. Only reason we continued our stay was that was the sweet younger night manager was the ONLY PERSON doing it all and we felt terrible for him.”

“The hallways and public bathrooms were very dirty. Tje area around the po was dirty. The shower in the room was dingy. You couldn't access outside doors with the keys as the signs said you could. They ran out of coffee early during breakfast and we ate our entire breakfast and we were going to get a cup for the road and there still wasn't any coffee available. The elevator shook every time it stopped. The water refill station didn't work. The customer service was poor.”

“The rooms are very outdated, it really looks like it was the bedroom of a very old man, who possibly died on his favorite chair next to his rickety bed. The walls, carpet, furniture, and even the blinds gave a very dark esthetic to the room, and it was better to pretend you were at a niceish bedroom of an old western inn above the saloon. Even the vanity in the bathroom looked like it once held a wash basin instead of a sink a few centuries ago. Even the hot water for the shower was non...

“Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel.”
