Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
Back and side doors broken only entrance was front door. The room we had been given had not been cleaned. Waited 1.5 hours (I have proof) for the clerk and so called mgmt. to find us a different room only to discover it had no shower curtain and the trash hadn't been emptied. Our keys didn't even work the next day upon our return. The blind was as dross trying to keep the daylight out, and you can hear and feel every foot step and door shut in the place. We only had one event with the dog barking next door. I did like the size of the tv but the channel selection was pathetic. We could not get a single extra towel unless we brought one down to exchange, and I could go on and on, not to mention only a single elevator and the lack of help the over work clerk could have used. The one thing that bothers me the most is having to wait so long for a room, having to journey around the building several times to bring our possessions and our travel agency says mgmt will not communicate with them.
