“When I pulled back the bed cober sheet it was obvious that the linens had not been changed. There were specks of some black substance and a very long black hair on the bottom sheet. The desk agent was apologetic and changed the linens herself. Still though, kind of gross to think I might have slept using a stranger’s pillows and sheets had I not noticed it. ”
