“The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”

“The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning.
The couch has cushions with frayed material.
The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out.

“It was close to the hospital which was wonderful. The room actually was like a dorm room. It was fine. It was comfortable but definitely not worth the price we paid.
On the flip side, it is an extremely accommodating and necessary facility for families and patients who are long term or out of town and needing the room for any type of stay. I was grateful to be able to have a place to stay prior to my husbands surgery.

“The Zermatt Hotel has always had a reputation as an upscale destination in Midway, Utah, so when I saw the room rates for the Fourth of July weekend were so reasonable, I immediately booked four rooms for our group.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is that there is a $10 early check-in fee if you arrive before 4:00 p.m. One person in our group was charged the fee while the rest of us were not, so the policy didn’t seem to be applied...
