“The rooms appeared to be brand new - still had the new paint/new carpet smell, which was nice. The room was very nice quality furniture and lovely spacious and clean shower. We do wish the toilet room had a fan option. The downsides of staying here is there’s not really any casual food options. We don’t want to eat at the fancy Overlook restaurant every night so we had to DoorDash since the market didn’t have much besides small snacks. Other than that, amenity were nice.”

“The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired. Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door. Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad. Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge...

“Our family of 5 had an amazing time and plan to return to the property again. I do wish they would have told us about the construction going on and maybe didn’t have it start so early while folks are staying there. Drilling started at 7:00 am Saturday morning which woke us all up. Besides that the property was great and in a great location for shopping and dinner.”

“I asked for a quiet room and it was an awesome night sleep. Quiet. Immaculate. And the price was reasonable. I added an extra night onto my reservation. The staff were very friendly, kind and caring. The breakfast was included and plentiful. There were scrambled eggs but mostly a lot of great carbs. Muffins, waffles, fruits oatmeal. There is a coffee machine in the lobby that makes cappuccinos! All complimentary. I didn’t visit the pool but I saw there’s a pinball machine and a pool...

“This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Located on the 2nd floor and a bar on the first floor. Super noisy until 2am. It sounded like we were sitting in the bar. It was ridiculous. And very much overpriced for that experience. This will be my last time staying here. The too And amenities were great but the noise was horrible. ”
