“Room was clean though a bit rustic. Staff was very nice. No housekeeping but was able to collect all clean towels, etc. in the office. We were here for a funeral. Pier Blue Inn was close to funeral home, Catholic Church, and repast. Nice restaurants so close by! I’m glad I booked this place. Added a second night to avoid Friday night traffic back to our house in Rockland County NY.”

The food at Kensington's / Ascot's was some of the very best of the area. Hotel and amenities all extremely clean. Only cons are that many of the older doors in the rooms don't close flush and need rehanging, the ac power pass-throughs under the lamps are very flimsy and one of them didn't even work during my previous stay, and the showers while...

“Every time we go here it’s fantastic. The hotel is undergoing a renovation that will be completed the summer of 27. The rooms will have updated Wi-Fi and several other upgrades. This is still a fantastic destination. especially in the summer when you can sit outside and look at all the boats and enjoy a nice cold cocktail.”
