“Staff great. We didn’t have any hand soap and the hair dryer didn’t work.”

“Booked in and couldn’t even book in for the spa as it was fully booked because of a wedding. No email sent suggesting I needed to book. I only wanted to use the sauna. Lots of other people complained about the same thing. ”
