“So close to the airport, loved the free breakfast! Got randomly upgraded to a suite which was nice! Comfy beds. ”

“The place was ok and my room upgrade was nice but the check in experience was terrible. The elderly woman at the check-in appeared overwhelmed. Their system was unable to process my credit card for incidentals. My card was working perfectly fine that day. When I told them that there is nothing wrong with my card they suggested to check with my bank. (Implying that I may have hit my limit). I went online and everything was ok with my card. Then she told me that if they can’t process my credit...

“The staff in the breakfast area were all friendly, thanks to Ejay for her assistance during check in and out. The room is clean. The location is close to the airport and downtown Calgary. Will definitely come back to this hotel.”

“The property is really old. The carpets, curtains are super dirty. Not worth the money they’re charging at all. We also forgot our bag in the lobby and someone stole it. Anyways the rating is not for the lost bag but the place is really shabby and old. The carpets stink. ”

“Clean rooms, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, but had several choices so good start to day. Parking was free and had ample spots. The only downside was that we had booked for 4 people and only had two towels. We requested more, which they gave, but it would have been nice to not have to ask both days. It was quiet and nice to be able to watch the planes landing and taking off. ”
