“Excellent staff who did their best with a bad situation since the power went out in the area. - They accommodated an early check in and three rooms close to one another - They recleaned a room that we asked to switch from due to a foul odor - They apologized for the inconvenience of the key cards not working due to the outage and ensured we could access our rooms - Breakfast had many good food options and the pancake maker was fun! - Easy and friendly check out process”

“The hotel is a touch older yet clean and well maintained. It is being updated. The breakfast was basic not a lot of room. The stay was made excellent by Marty in maintenance as the u it in or original room was going so was making a high pitched sound that was uncomfortable. Marty along with Maxie at the front desk arranged a different room in the same floor with a newer unit and helped me move our stuff. It is the people that make the experience.”
