Hotel a Clarence

“The hotel was recently renovated, and it looked like a new hotel. All the decor was well-appointed. The room was very clean . Breakfast included a nice variety of choices. It was a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.”

“Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. ”

“We were very disappointed with our stay. The first room we were given had stains from bodily fluids on the beds, which was completely unacceptable. We requested a different room, and after moving, we found dirty towels left behind in the second room as well. To make matters worse, when I asked to switch rooms, I was told we would receive the room at a cheaper rate because of the inconvenience, but that never happened. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and handling of the situation...

“This property needs a good cleaning and all the carpet ripped out. Our carpet in our room was all stained. Staff was very friendly but wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Cramer Family Mountain Inn was the perfect stay for me to visit my niece at PSU during graduation weekend. The Inn was easy to find, check in was a breeze. It was quiet, the mattress was lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Cramer Family Mountain Inn and I hope to be back in the future. ”

“The front desk guy was nice and held the room bc we got in late, but the room itself kinda sucked. Mold on the shower ceiling, water took forever to warm up, killed 5 bugs in bathroom/bedroom, road noise from trucks was loud, and they doubled the regular price bc it was grad weekend at Penn State. I'm not a hotel snob by any means, but it was hard to sleep due to the above.”

“Need was a bit lumpy, fitted sheet was loose and little scratchy. Bathroom shower curtain hung over shower pan and resulted in a huge puddle on the floor. Liked the furniture, room was clean enough. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, maybe fewer options.”

“The staff/managers let people around 40-50 adults and teens to have alcohol and party in the lobby until after 2:00 AM on Friday night and I asked for a different room on another floor and they said no. On Saturday night it was a repeat of Friday night in which I got a video of the staff/managers allowing the partying and drinking again.. They also allowed drinking and underage partying in the parking lot with loud music until after midnight. The lobby was filled with about 60 people...

“Pessimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Prezzi da 5 stelle con camere e servizi da 1 stella (ma peggio di un motel dove almeno trovi la colazione inclusa). Struttura vecchia, quasi fatiscente. No ascensore per le camere che non sono al piano terreno (difficolta' per i bagagli). Nel secondo giorno di permanenza (rientrati a tarda sera con la brutta sorpresa che nessuno avesse rifatto la camera). Sconsigliato”
